The Glebe

Bought from the Church five years ago, the Glebe was a thicket of elderberries and brambles so dense that it was impossible to see into it. Once this was cleared an orchard was planted on the flat level, a path carved up the hill and trees and shrubs put in, many of them for autumn colour. In the spring a patch work of wild flowers appears, together with bluebells and wood anemonies. At the top of the hill you are treated to a stunning view over the countryside to Black Rock.
